Campaign Monitor

The API key (long value) is the HTTP Basic username for Campaign Monitor’s API (GET …/api/v3.3/clients.json). The API Client ID (32-character hex) is stored for OAuth; it is not used for this connection test.

Reservation sync upserts guests from your local reservations into a subscriber list using Adding a subscriber (email, name, mobile when available). Uses your CDS display timezone. The first sync (manual or scheduled) covers 10 calendar days ending on that run’s anchor day (scheduled: previous day; manual: today), deduped by email with the newest stay per address. After that, each run uses one day only. The scheduled job runs at that timezone’s midnight for the previous calendar day; Run now uses today in that same timezone.
